CS Consulting Engineers, Inc. (CSCE) is a full service mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering firm, providing consulting and design services for the building construction industry. CSCE was founded in 2006, by Mr. Charles J. Szollosy. Prior to 2006, the current offices of CSCE were the Rockville, MD (metropolitan Washington, DC) offices of Collective Design Associates, LLC, a Norwalk, CT (metropolitan New York City, NY) based firm, established in 1989. CSCE is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Mr. Szollosy received his Master’s Degree, in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Mr. Szollosy also was an officer in the U. S. Army.
All of CSCE’s design staff are degreed engineers. A principal of CSCE is involved in overseeing all CSCE projects. CSCE has extensive experience designing projects that are LEED certified, including LEED platinum projects, and one of the first LEED Silver stand-alone parking garages.
